The Enchanted Forest Wildlife Sanctuary, Inc., is a non-profit "little" organization founded by Eve and Norman Fertig, licensed wildlife rehabilitators, with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the United States Fish & Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior.
Eve and Norman personally care for the sick, the injured, the orphaned and the distressed wildlife and prepare them or survival and return to the wild.
The sanctuary provides the proper diet, housing, flight and release cages, medicines and medical care, leading to rehabilitation and release, which is the goal of all wildlife rehabilitators.
